LOVE my chiropractor. I have had issues with my hips during & after pregnancy and shoulder pain while I was nursing, and since my VSG I have had issues with my hip flexors. Treatment usually takes 2-3 visits. It is kinda like our surgery, it is not an instant cure all just a tool to keep you in alignment.

Frankly... I thought they were all quacks until I tried one a few years ago.

OMG. She is awesome. I basically went to her because I was out of options with severe "bursistis" that my PCP wasn't really doing anything about but throwing drugs at me that weren't working. Come to find out, it was really sciatica that the chiro fixed within a few visits. I go twice per month or so because my hip gets out of whack (I actually can feel when it's not right now LOL).

Apparently, my body never went back together like it was before after having babies so my hips and that area are all jacked up. I also suffer from lower/mid back pain related to the hanging skin.

Sigh. But yeah, she's awesome.
