Hey there,

You seem to be in a miserable state...with your cryptic message.  Hang in there; i had my VSG on the 5th (so we are within 24 hrs of each other, if you did yours on the 6th)....and it will get better.

A lot of this also may be the prep to surgery that you were able to do...both physically with wt loss and lifestyle modification, and emotionally (expectation setting; family support, etc).

Finally, this is an awesome forum to gain and provide support; if you provide more specifics around your areas of concerns and specific issues, you will likely get more specific feedback and support.  Pls dont be shy about airing concerns....this community is awesome!

Pls hang in there.

 Hi & Ty.
Not cryptic just abbreviated.

Since you are 24 before me let me ask;
Are you lightheaded? If so what did u do for relief?
Are u nauseated? Relief?

Thx

Thought i am 24 hrs in advance, my experience may be different....and your doctor may be the best advisor.

My experience so far has been...
- I am not nauseated...and was not nauseated after 2-3 hrs.  Small walks in hospital worked.
- Now i am doing 2-3 block walk around the neighborhood....last two days.
- I have felt light leadedness...perhaps a 1-2 times so far; but just slowed down and sat down
- I am low energy i feel...but am attributing that to the healing process.
- Doctor has asked me to wait 4-5 days before starting multi-vits, and VitBs.  I started these today.  He wants me to still wait for calcium and iron...will discuss when i meet him monday
- BTW, Hydrocodone does address nausea to some extent...by prescription

Hope that helps

Best

PS: BTW, if you want to chat interactively...i will send you my phone # via PM. Best

Lost 271lbs with my LapBand in 22 months!  My Band malfunctioned and I gained almost 42lbs and then revised to the Sleeve 9/24/12!  I lost another 140 lbs with my Sleeve!  Loved the LapBand and Lovin' The Sleeve!
