6 years post VSG surgery - what life is like...

Gale     Age: 55, Height: 5' 5.5", HW: 236, SW: 210, 1st GW: 150.  Surgery BMI: 39.3  Extremely HBP, High Cholesterol & borderline diabetic.

I LOVE reading posts from folks years out- it makes me happy to see the process has some staying power as long as we continue to stay mindful of where we are (and where we were.)
