 just went and bought all the stuff to start my liquid diet on monday! can't beleave its already here the 24th will be here before i know it! seemed a lifetime away when i got the date :)

 Just remember its not an easy journey doing the liquid diet but you'll get through it and it'll all be worth it.

 I am being sleeved on the 24th too. Just started my diet today and it is a little shocking!

I think the liquid diet prepares you well for when you get home..plus I did lose 10 lbs..that was a nice bonus..and it shrinks your liver..
