Mine is tomorrow too!  I didn't sleep last night at all.  I am sure tonight will be the same.  I go between scared and excited over and over again.  I will think of you and be wishing you a fast easy recovery!

Prayers for a safe surgery and a speedy recovery.
I know you have heard the drill............but walk right after surgery and then as much as you can, it truly helps.  I walked every 1/2 hour that I was awake in the hospital and continued when I got home and haven't stopped.  Exercise has been a regular thing for me now.  I went from 274 to 145lbs.
Follow your plan- with protein always being first and drink your water too!
Don't be nervous, you are doing something that will change your life for the better!  Life is now a wonderful thing to experience with energy and vitality....it also helps when you have went from a size 22/24 to size 8! :)
You are on your way to the new and fabulous you!
Best wishes!!!!!!!
