Fat Grams

I don't count fat grams, per se, but since I make sure I get at least 70-80 grams of protein and stay under 800 calories (I put 60 grams for all carbs and tend to wander around between 40 and 60) my fat intake for the day is invariably low.
I honestly can't see how I could eat excessive fat when my diet is made up of chicken, fish, yogurt, veggies, and the occasional small amount of full fat cheese or fruit.

Thank you for your perspective. I think I'm doing well, this is just one of those things that I wasn't sure about!
