I had my surgery 10 days before you and this week was a week where I did feel the changes. I put away the pants that are fall off and officially graduated to my size 18s in the bottom of my drawer. I see changes now when I look in the mirror and I feel it on my sides. My arms hang down so much straighter! I've also had to buy new undies twice now...hee hee.

It is exciting and kind of scary to feel these changes. I find I have days where I'm just a bit lost like I'm floating through watching myself doing things...kind of outside myself...very odd I know. I'm now at a weight I have not been at for more than 10 years. Kind of scary that I actually have had pants in my drawers for that long...tells you how much I focus on clothes. I didn't even dig in my drawers until I hit a place where I was starting to feel like I looked riduculous in my baggy clothes to the point of embarrassment.

You look great! I can tell you feel great. Excellent!

Thank you so much! I know, the trip can be surreal sometimes. All my clothes are getting silly big, and my underwear are hilarious. I'm not buying new stuff yet, but think I'll have too sooner than later. Lots of continued success to you!

Hi Tina - wow! What a difference. When I see you on MFP, I can see how carefully you stay on your food plan and your exercise plan and it is really paying off for you and your family. Keep doing what you are doing and you will see even greater rewards in how you feel about yourself and in your overall health. You're rockin this!

Holy moly -  congrats on being obese! I am laughing out loud. You're great. Also, your husband looks like me or I like him... don't know who had the goatee, tie-dye, short hair look first.
