Gosh girl, you look great!! Keep up the good work. I haven't been very active. I just recently discovered aerobics classes at an all women's gym here locally and found a new love for ZUMBA!!! I can't run, and can't imagine running, but I can dance! Girl I love it! Keep rockin your sleeve! I bet if Dr. Brucehas seen you lately, he is super proud of you!!

Thanks Jenn! He gave me a big old hug at my last appointment. I'll be running well by my next appointment in mid-November, and can't wait to share my progress with him! Keep on dancing!
