I've always taken my Synthroid first thing in the morning like before brushing my teeth because you have to wait 30 minutes before eating. My pill is also small so I was swallowing it after just a few days out. PCOS sucks and get ready for the hormonal fluctuations. :(

Yep, my first stall was like week 2 or 3 after surgery. So far I am stair stepping the wt loss but it does continue. Just keep doing what your are doing.
( I do recommend checking the fat and carb's of ur prot drink. I had to change from Atkins due to fat content. )

I am PCOS and take Synthroid as well.... I'm down abt 63lbs. So it is coming off.
I did stall abt 2 -3 wks out... so hang in there. It will happen.
BTW - I wasn't told to stay away from Atkins... but I agree w/ ur NUT. They might taste ok, but they are higher in fat and have lots of sugar alcohol in them and not as much protein bang for the buck!

My 3-week-stall started in week 2.  It sucked, but I got through it... and when it broke, I saw a huge drop over a matter of a few days after.

It'll be worth it.  Just keep plugging along and making sure you are following your dr's instructions regarding exercise (walking is great), protein, and water.  Your body needs time to adjust to everything you have put it through lately, and then you'll be right back to losing again.

I was told not to even step on the scale till at least 30 days out.  However, I do it every morning.  The reason is, they pump you up with SO MUCH FLUID for surgery, it takes at LEAST a month to shed all of that.  Don't be so hard on yourself!

You'll be great!
