 You look great!

Ok, so that feeling like you want to run urge- I can totally relate.  First time it happend  it just confused me!  Then I was too heavy on top to run, but my legs were ready to go.  Just this past week I realized that I am at a point where I can start jogging if it is of interest.  Once the jaw heals I am thinking about starting.

I love that you said that for the first time you think you will actually make goal.  That is a very good sign!  Awesome job on the exercise, and keep up the great work!

TYTYTY Happyteacher!!! Yeah - I was having those thoughts for a while but just kept dismissing them as 'crazy' - lol!!! But yesterday I think my body started to move even though my mind hadn't decided quite yet and then it was too late to stop! lol!

I would never let myself say out loud that I had any reservations about whether I would meet goal or not. I only wanted to speak and focus on positive things - but it was lerking around back there. But now I feel like 38lbs is nothing - lol. I told my mom - I know it sounds crazy after losing so much - but I guess everyone has that point when they feel like that huge amount is now managable. I feel energized!!

Please keep me posted once you're all healed up!!!! I'd love to hear how your experience is - I'm not sure I can quit now - pretty sure I've been bitten. lol! take care!!!
