Hello all, I am 1 year out and latley I have been hungry all the time. My stomach has also been growling all the time. Is this normal? If not what can I do to stop this? Thanks for any help.

Yes, this is normal.  My guess is that you are eating too many carbs.  Carbs tend to increase your hungry substantially.  If you would like to decrease your hunger, try these tips.  1) Drink more. 2) Reduce carbs to under 60 ( I would say under 40 but your are in maintenance so you can handle more carbs) 3) Eat more homemade, lean protein.  Try to eat 3 ounces of it three times a day. 4) Make some of the salads that I have on my profile, or eat veggies that are high in fiber and low in carbs anytime you are hungry.  5) Make one or more of my soups and freeze most of it.  Eat it anytime you are hungry.  My soups are all high in protein, low in carbs, and low in calories.  You just don't ever have to be hungry as long as you have those soups around.  They save me more often then I can tell you.  Also, check your acid levels, sometimes hunger mimics acid.
