Increased cals to 1400, decreased exercise, and still lost 8 pounds this month.
What a weird month. I started out where I had bounced just above my goal weight by 2 pounds. I upped cals from 1200 (weightloss phase target) to 1400 and decreased my exercise by about half due to some medical restriction issues once I lost those 2 pounds. And I still managed to lose 8 pounds for the month. Had a doc appointment tonight with the wls group, and they don't want me to lose more than 10 more pounds and I can't see losing another 10 being that much of a problem. So now my new goal is to drop 10 slooowly between now and the next appointment on January 19th. Kinda of a gray area for me- just fine if I don't take off 10, and just fine if I do. Not maintenence but not really feeling like it is weight loss phase either. I feel blessed to be in this spot!

Sometimes it works in your favor like that...go figure. I can't imagine being in a place where I'm trying NOT to lose anymore. I hope to be in your position where you are trying to figure out how to stop the weight loss...because that means I hit my goal which seems like Mt Everest right now.
