i love food more now!! and eat better too!!

I think being away from food/flavors (aside from chocolate and vanilla in protein shakes) for a few weeks has made me appreciate flavors that much more. I eat better tasting food now than I did before and am enjoying food! I still struggle with missing bready carbs but It's getting easier!! For breakfast i always had a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. same greasy grossness everyday.
this morning i had half of an eggwhite omlet with a little low fat cheese and turkey chili. it was sooo satisfying and yummy and healthy! i never thought i'd use those 3 words in the same sentence! it's how i've felt everyday with my food choices! I love trying different seasonings with my food, its making cooking into a whole new world!! Pre planning everydays food is helping so much too! and my hubby's enjoying it as well! (he adds his potatoes and bread and whatknot but he's eating better) And even better is we're saving so much money by planning breakfast lunch and dinner and not eating out!

 Great post! I hope I will also have the same experience after my sleeve :) Saving money won't hurt either lol
