horomones making me hate my job!???

I've been at a car dealership for 2 years, it's a small office with 5 very different personality traits all crammed together. We get along for the most part, but every now and then we all get on each others nerves. since i've been back from surgery i am getting increasingly frustrated with everone and everything here. It's to the point i jus want to leave (which i can't/won't because obviously the job market sucks and I am lucky to have work, and they do take care of their own). However I'm losing it here.. I can't take the people, the phones, anything anymore. I get that horomones get a little wacky right now, so could this be it? and will my patience come back??

 I had zero patience for anyone or anything for the first 2 months.  That's probably all it is.
