You are doing a fine job already.........keep up the good work.  When you get your sleeve, you'll be completely ready and won't have to go through carb detox.  That's huge!

What's so nice about OH and MFP is that we can "pay it forward" as best we can.  You will do the same thing and become an inspiration for the next group who come after you.  We need to be kind to each other -- it's our only chance to give back!
