HAPPY VETERANS DAY TO ME!!!!!
It really is amazing and has changed how i view life in so many ways. I remember day one thinking, this is an impossible mission - even with the surgery. I couldn't quite wrap my head around losing that much weight. Now I'm on the other end of the journey and I look back and think, wow - what seemed so impossible has been accomplished. It's humbling to say the least. Congrats on all your hard work!!!! Now, we just need to dig in our heels and knock out these last few pounds!!!

Wow!! You are an inspiration. I want your results!! I am right @ 300. Having surgery within the month. I can't even imagine looking like you in less than a year! Congratulations!
Thanks so much SherBear41!!!! You CAN and you WILL get the results you want!!!! I promise you - if I could do it, you can too!!! But I can remember those same thoughts - and it's crazy to wake up one day and realize it's not someone else this time - it's me!!!! lol I found the daily exercise made all the difference - so think about what you might want to do - walking, running, swimming - whatever it is, commit to do it at least 4 - 5 days a week. It's the one thing I do religiously - even if I miss the mark with my eating, I'm consistent with my workout.
I'm so excited for you - this is the best time!!!! Let yourself dream - think about how you want the new you to look and feel. Set a few milestones - and before you know it, you'll be looking back at how far you've come and encouraging someone else to reach their goals. I'm so proud of your decision to take charge of your health - the best is yet to come!!!!! Margaret
