Try some simple, non sweetened teas. Early on, the only thing that tasted good to me was decaffeinated mint tea - hot or cold didn't matter. It took me a few months before just plain water tasted good again.
Play with different temperatures. Nowadays, really cold water tastes best to me.
Staying away from artificial sweeteners is a good habit to get into. imo, but if you need them to fulfill your daily fluid requirement, then drink them. You might try 1/2 water 1/2 VW zero.
Ask your doctor what they count as water/fluids. Some count protein shakes as 1/2 fluid, some don't. Personally, I think that anything my body uses as food (i.e. protein shakes) doesn't ALSO, get to be used as a fluid. But, that's just me.
I would not freak out. Your body could be retaining water. That happens sometimes. It's normal.
