Yup!  I didn't even catch it after you pointed it out.  :)  I thought you were commenting on how fast I lost.  :)  Silly me.  I have to learn to read over my own posts.

Of course it's up to you, but you may want to look into how the sleeve holds up over time vs the RNY.  The RNY might cause more weight loss at first, but over time the sleeve catches up.  With the RNY you still have your stomach and the hormone that produces hunger.  If you over eat with the RNY, the pouch can stretch. It can also get ulcerated.  The RNY is reversible, however, and the sleeve is not.  With sleeve you don't have the dumping issues or malabsorption because you still use your stomach, just much less of it.  My surgeon told me the sleeve will be the gold standard in the near future.

Good luck with your decision.  I'm hoping for surgery next month.
