You look beautiful! I'm new to this website and considering surgery and seeing your picture definitely is an inspiration.

I can tell you from experience that shopping for a dress without the surgery is a horrible experience. I got married in June 2011 and didn't have that opportunity to feel comfortable and beautiful on the best day of my life. It's a bummer, but I'm doing something about that now and not just for a single day, but for the rest of my life!
