warning....constipation post

I took Colace.. I was 6 days out and called the Dr. office, my nurse suggested this.. I took a total of 3 pills (they were small enough to swallow)  and the next day it happened.. I felt so much better.. so you might want to try it.. I haven't taken anything since.. But remember that we are not taking much in so it might be every 3-4 days before you have to go again..
