got my clearance from my primary care dr. all my labs are perfect. i lost 1 pound above what the surgeon said i had to prior to surgery

(keep up the good work, pat pat) and my scale at home is a BIG FAT LIAR!! I'm tossing it. Right now I am so darn excited and I'm soooo close to "MNL" My New Life!!
