After getting the runaround all day re: the referral letter for my insurance company, the insurance coordinator at Dr. Cirangle's office called them. Miracle of miracles, the letter has been faxed and everything has been submitted. Fingers crossed we can make this happen next week!

I seriously think I might love the woman, and I've never even met her in person!

Also: I will be getting a new pcp when this is all over!!!

His staff has always been great. They are the nicest office staff that I have ever met. Always extremely professional and super nice. I just love them.
