I plan to lose at least 65 lbs by June, I will be 6 months post op (your story gives me even more encouragement), I want to be under 200 lbs (can't remember when I ever was) before I go back to visit family and friends and surprise them (I only told a select 5 that I had surgery and I live 550 miles away from them).

Good luck in the New Year Everyone! kiss

1)  Get to goal weight - 41.5 more pounds.

2)  Maintain my new exercise and eating habits, one day at a time!

3)  Either improve the relationship I'm in, or end it.  I'm better off by myself than in a bad relationship!

Congratulations! you are doing great. This year I want to continue on this new healthy journey - continue to exercise and walk. Want to complete a few 5k's this upcoming year. Continue to get protein in. Want to lose about 35 more lbs. Working on organizing my closets and house. Want to get my home office functional before starting back to school in the fall. A lot to do and accomplish this next year but being down 80lbs at least I have more energy ! Mostly wanting peace, good health and happiness. Good luck on your journey.

Forgot one more thing- want to stop eating after 7-7:30 p.m. - I work till late and find I am doing  a lot of snacking late evening. Need to break that habit ASAP.
