Cookies and cream powder + banana= Not half bad
I had some cookies and cream flavored protein powder left over from my pre-op phase. A friend of mine told me to add some banana to it and it really wasn't bad. I think if I just go back and forth between the powder and premade, I should do ok. I'm also looking at some really interesting recipes (Homemade protein bars), that could use either flavored or unflavored.
The shakes DO count as fluids and not foods, right?
