I'm a little over 3 months out, i've lost 82 lbs, and i know estrogen is stored in fat and losing fat quickly can make your periods wacky, but i've had mine for over 2 months. on top of that, i've had a battle with a bladder infection. My Dr is giving me liquid antibiotics so it will absorb into me quicker. Anyone else have any issues like this? thanks..

Yes!

I've been battling the same thing. I've been finding relief with AZO brand cranberry pills and uti pills from AZO. They are over the counter. Those two really help and keep me out of the Dr.'s office. I know I need to bump up my water intake as well. I see my gyno in two weeks to ask him about my crazy cycle too.

Good luck and take care!

My daughter had the two month period thing after her sleeve.  Than the bladder infection too.  She was a mess for a while.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.

Hi Kristen,

Have the AZO pills helped? Are you still experiencing the bladder infections? I had a lap band surgery about 14 months ago and I keep getting re-current bladder infections. It's driving me crazy. I've been on several round of antibiotics, but keep getting them. I'm at my wits end.
