Exercise: 52 min on the treadmill!!! Finished watching the movie "Drive". Hmmmm, not sure what to think about it. But Ryan Gosling sure is purty!

My trainer is freaking machine and a sadist I think. She wants me to lift huge weights and then do squats and lunges until I pass out and puke. I was dying after this last workout, and now she tells me that she wants me to add two more days to my workout schedule. I hate the witch, but I am adding in two more days. She is playing on my new found vanity, telling me how awesome my back will look this summer and how backless dresses are going to be all the rage. Rage, I'll show you RAGE... Just kidding, she is wonderful and I love the idea of going backless.
B: five egg bits, 25 calories each
S: skipped
L: chicken slaw, I bet it was two cups, but I didn't really measure it out.
S: Quest bar? Don't know yet for sure.
D: I will come home really late, so not sure, some type of protein, fish most likely as it's fast.

D I experimented tonight!! I made chicken (2 kinds) 1 with salsa, sour cream and cheese baked in the oven (lightly pan seared first) and the other was chicken with mixture I found at trader joes (first time there woop) it was roasted red pepper and eggplant and garlic all mushed up, so i put it on top of the other pan seared chicken and put some ff cheese on top and baked them for about 20 min. I took 1/4 of a piece of 1 slice of chicken from each. Now munchin on it. Pretty damn good!

I'm back... At 2 1/2 years post VSG- I have gained back 18lbs.
I'm starting back with the 5- day pouch test and wogging (walk/jogging). Saw your post about Couch to 5k, that's a great idea too. I might have to steal it.

S- another shake at 10:30pm- I'm hungry.

E- 60 mins treadmill. ( 3 x 20 min walk/jog).
