VSG on 01/25/12

The one year anniversary of my VSG surgery is coming up on the 25th of this month.

I weigh 171 pounds today....that is just 7 pounds from a healthy BMI!!! I use to weigh over 390 pounds pre-op! Holy hell in a hand bag I lost 220 pounds in less than a YEAR!!!

VSG surgery is an amazing tool if you can take responsibility and own it!!

7 pounds overweight......that's it. That's all that's left!

Once I get to 164 I plan to lose an additional 14 pounds from that point to get to 150 but holy mackeral I am almost there!

I am kind of awesome!!
