John, chapter 5- Jesus asks the paralytic, "Do you want to be healed?...Pick up your mat and WALK". I have this taped on the treadmill. It is a truth that has helped set me free...First, I have got to WANT to be healed. Second, the power comes from God, but the ACTION part is my job ago do. God help me.

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
