When were you sleeved? I was able to take about 2 oz at a time during the first few weeks.

Eat until you are full. There are good articles on this site about how to figure out if you are full or not (sounds easy, but it can be confusing.)

I just got mine Tuesday.  I can have the same stuff 1-2oz three times for meals.  Than I have the three 8oz shakes in between.

If you do it slowly, you will know when to stop. Your body will tell you.

Many vets on this site say to weigh and measure your foods and always under eat your capacity. At this stage, your capacity is about two to three ounces. If you're only now on full liquids, it is best not to trust your stomach to signal you when you are full, as it is still healing.
