Monthly amount of weight lost?
I was wondering if anyone could post their monthly pounds lost, or if it's in your profile to just point me in that direction. I'm just curious how much people lose in different months...it's just curiosity for curiosity's sake, nothing more. I do get that we all have different amounts to lose, different body types, different ways of eating, different ways of losing, etc.
BTW, the whole thing about when you're stalling you lose inches? Yeah, I'm not sure I really believed that until today. I've been screwing with three-four pounds for about two weeks now, and it's driving me crazy. I did my measurements today, and lo and behold - I've lost an inch from my waist, thighs & chest and my hips lost 1.5 inches. I feel a little better now ;) I do measurements every two weeks.

I'm with you on losing inches. I've been stuck in the 237-240 lbs range for the last couple of weeks but I have noticed that i am losing inches everywhere especially in my waist, legs, etc. I can also tell by the way clothes is fitting (too big) on me. I never thought that there would be a day when a size 2x shirt or size 40 pants would be too big. I love it! LOL!

You are totally inspiring! I love your posts, BTW. I've been down about this "stall/pause/whatever" and my mom mentioned today I was looking thinner - to which I despondently said "No, I'm not" insert pouty face. You'd think my yoga pants falling off me would have clued me into at least my hips shrinking :)

Month 4 I was bad and didn't follow my plan and wasn't getting protein and water in. Had to go to hospital due to dehydration. Made up for it this month being good. I average 14lbs a month
