Monthly amount of weight lost?
You can see my pounds lost on my signature. I'm a "slow loser." My plan is low crab under 40g and 80-100oz of water. My body type is well...I just hold fat all over really. It's in my butt, legs, stomach, and arms. Even when I was bigger things were kind of evenly distributed.
Since my signatures not going to show up. Here are my monthly losses.
M1: 14 M2: 14 M3: 11 M4:10 M5:10 M6:12 M7: 8 M8: 6 M9: 6
I started out much heavier than you, but I do put them on my profile (all the way at the bottom). Don't compare... all that matters is that the scale is moving...
