Ouch....I've got to start eating slower
Oddly enough the best way for me to slow down is to eat at the computer.
Ok, I know this goes against everything we're told. (I'm a rebel! LOL). The thing is, when I am surfing, I take a bite and chew, chew, chew while surfing, then remember the food, grab the fork and take another bite. Then I am distracted by the net again. LOL It can take me a long time to eat this way, but sure beats the effects of eating too fast.
Caveat: I am in no way recommending this method, but it sure seems to work for me!
