Good/Bad Carb List

Fiber is fiber - I'm not sure how to answer your question.  Fiber is listed on the nutritional information on the food you eat.  Fiber is things like cellulose, polycarbophil, psyllium husk, etc.

Thanks for answering, but I'm the guy who needs this list for "dummies". I'm no dummy, but in regards to food I must admit I don't really know much about the nutritional aspect of things. So, I'm looking for a list that says what the make-up is for various foods. A list that shows me what is good to eat and what is bad to eat. In other words, a road map to which carbs are safe and which ones I should stay away from.

Stay away from all carbs except fiber.

Thanks. But, is there a list that you know of that shows what carbs are fiber? Fruits and veggies do not come with labels.
