This stuff is goooooooooooood! A friend of mine sent it to me. She started drinking it after her RNY and highly suggested it for me. I LOVE it. It's not chalky and blends well. I mixed it with skim milk, but it can be mixed with water. They also have flavorings that you can add to it. By itself, it tastes like cake batter. It has 90 calories, 1g of fat, 7 carbs, 5 g of fiber,

Only 12gms of protein though and it's soy isolate protein.

Yeah, that's the down side I forgot to mention. I am not handling the whey protein too well, so this is working out for me.

Early out I didn't either. I was steered towards soy isolate. Now i seem to be doing fine with it so prerfer to stick with it. If I'm going to drink my protein I prefer it to be way higher in protein that's all. Glad you found something that's working for you though.

I too looooove it!  If you add a scoop of unflavored protein powder you can pep it up to get you to your daily goals.  My fav right now is with almond milk (don't drink cows milk) and 1 tsp choc pb2.  Delish!!
