LIQUID VITAMINS!! YUCK...GAG...BARF...

Oh gosh I started all my vitamins today and I nearly gagged when I had to take that liquid b50. OMG 30 minutes later I still feel like I'm going to hurl.

Any suggestions?

I tried some liquid ones right after surgery and could not do them either.  My NUT suggested Centrum Silver, once I finished those I was able to get the rest of the liquid ones down (they were way too expensive to throw out) and now I use Celebrate Multivitamins.  Once I reach goal, I will probably just get the Trader Joes chewables.

I get my liquid vitamins from Max Muscle...they are by far the best tasting. I do the multi and the omega fish oil. I am so very picky and sensitive to taste and I have had no issues with them. They actually taste like the fruit they are labeled to taste like! Lol

i have to take b50 liquid...and it's horrible. i mean gross, gross, gross.

I feel your pain!  I am choking down the Wellesse Vitamin D liquid.  Berry flavor my butt!  I can't wait until I'm cleared to take the little capsules.
