Sorry to hear you and your family are having so much to deal with at once..it sounds like you have beat yourself up enough and will get back on track. Being a mom is hard! As for your daughter ...(my son has ADHD also) as children age it is a constant change to their medication amounts and types. My experience led us to often take our son off meds during breaks etc. We went through several medications and dosages...after a few years we decided to discontinue all meds and worked with diet and more cognitive and exercise therapies. This of course is every parents own choice for their child and I am not saying that you should do this. I would check with your pediatrician and there are a lot of excellent resources now on ADD/ADHD both online and in the local libraries. I was lucky enough to find a doctor that himself had ADD and was very knowledgeable and a great resource. My son is now 19 and the difficult days are few now. Good luck to you and your family

Thank you! We're trying to get things settled with her pediatrician and her psychiatrist. I'm hoping they can do something to help her.

While I don't know what causes you hubby's back pain I was relieved of constant horrible back pain with a spinal stimulator, If you are interested PM me and I can give you more info. Constant pain is so debilitating so if anything can help I'm glad to share.
