I know exactly what you mean.  Sometimes I wish I never told anyone that I had the surgery.  I get them from my suppose to be friends that have stopped supporting me and only judge me now that I am losing the weight that made me sick all these years.

I used to let it bother me in the beginning but now I just smile and say "Oh aren't you so sweeeeet" in the most southern accent that I can muster! LOL I look at it now as "They'll get over it - or they won't"! Either way it doesn't matter to me anymore. I am much happier and soooooo much more confident now and refuse to let what anyone thinks about me bother me. Definitely DON'T let what anyone say affect you in ANY way! You are fabulous and getting better every day!

They are probably afraid of the competition because in their eyes you were not any competition before you lost weight! Give em a run for their money girlfriend!
