Honestly if you are tracking with MFP or the health tracker here... it is super easy to track.

I do track with MFP, I just have it set to private. I had set it up a couple years ago when hubby was gone, then I forgot all about it. haha It's been my go-to site as of late.

You could also put strawberry sf jello powder in greek yogurt perhaps (or crystal lite).  Or a strawberry protein powder.

Try that ;)

I normally use Torani, but I found some sugar-free syrups tonight at the Dollar Store. I tried the vanilla one out and it's great. Not sure if they have the Dollar Tree chain near you? I love Torani, but I'm cheap as all hell and the Torani is over $4 at my Wal-Mart. I'm stocking up on the cheap stuff.

Oh thanks for all of the ideas! I completely forgot about the SF Jello! I have a TON left over from my clear stage! I do have a Dollar Tree out here, so I'm going to check that out tomorrow. Thank you all so much!
