B - About Time Chocolate Protein Shake with Caramel Macchiato Sugar Free Cream and Coconut Milk, handful of black berries
D - Not sure have something to do tonight will have to find something
S - 2% Greek Yogurt with Sugar Free Cherry Preserves

E - Not tonight but starting Couch to 5K with my daughter this week IN ADDITION to my 5 to 6 days in the gym
G - Ate some black berries this morning, bad sleep, no gym - so not great on goals
Meal 1-Strawberry Banana Overnight (Refrigerator) Oatmeal (I made it 25 grams of protein)...AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! today was first time eating it and I'm in love!
Meal 2-skipped today
Meal 3-Chicken "CheeseSteak"
Meal 4-1 egg with cheese, center cut pork bacon
Meal 5-probably chicken and broccoli or spinach or another chicken cheesesteak
Meal 6-I'm feeling like I won't need it but I do want to experiment with making some Kale Chips tonight!

2 great things happened today. I brought my youngest daughter to the pet store and we fell in love with the cutest female guinea pig. We bought her, named her Minnie and I just finished gluing rhinestones to the outside of her cage. Plus the scale moved in the right direction. Yay me.
B: Click shake
S: Half slice of American cheese. My kids are vultures, couldn't even get the full slice to myself.
L: Pure Protein Ultimate Chocolate flavor protein bar
S: I bought an iced coffee, ended up only drinking a couple ounces. I also ate one of those little Totinos pizza rolls. Gross.
D: I dunno. Nothing is appealing to me lately. Probably GY or cottage cheese. Maybe eggs?
S: Again, probably cottage cheese or GY.
Liquids: Good.
Vits: Done.
Exercise: No and I feel pretty guilty about it today.
Well I always said I would do what I did until it didn't work anymore...since I seem to be losing and gaining the fricking same 3 lbs...I changed today and decided to eat some veggies...lol...maybe this will jumpstart me...can't say I exactly enjoyed them...but if it works the end result will be worth it.
