At McDonalds for breakfast, you can order just the eggs, sausage or bacon or canadian bacon all as sides.  I have also (in the past) ordered a double hamburger (from the $1 menu) and just eaten the meat.

So, they do have options if you are in desperate straits and find yourself there!

Yes you can just get the Grilled Chicken Patty at McDonald's.. I do it when I need to.. It comes with a lettuce leaf which I don't eat..  Here they are 2.00 plus tax.. just ask for a grilled chicken patty.. It is 2.9 oz of meat.. perfect size.. and that is all I get and I am full.. They have 2 of them on the website.. this one is 120 Calories and has 24 grams of Protein.. might want to check out the website or plug it in on MFP if you are on that.. It works great if you are in a pinch and need protein.. I work long hours and sometimes I just stop and get one on the way to work for my lunch at work.. I work nights so it works for me..  The Fish Bites are ok.. I can only eat the snack size one and it fills me up. I don't eat the Tarter Sauce with it though.. They have a bit more carbs and less protein, but I like the grilled chicken patty better.. Hope this helps you out..

Most FF restaurants will sell you the inside of any sandwich on a bed of lettuce.
