I am so pleased that the trip went well and you had a good time. And you are real proof that this works! And staying mostly on plan is what real,life is about for all of us. You have done well and are such an inspiration for others!

Judy, thank you........you've been a great friend and I'm happy to know you.  I think the thing I learned with having no scale to weigh on for 3 weeks is that this new lifestyle is really here -- I just maintained, but not gaining tells me that staying on plan is truly a part of my life now.  I still have so much more to lose, but have accepted that it's going to be a slow process.  Seeing inches go away helps a lot when the scale is stingy!

I see that you are now under your goal weight!  That's fantastic and I'm happy for you.  You've been through an awful lot getting to where you are..............I'm so very proud of you!

Thanks, Nancy!  You are too kind!  You've made this journey so much nicer and easier -- your friendship means so much to me.  We do have to find a way to get together........maybe a whole bunch of us!  Can you imagine a half dozen......or even a whole dozen of us gathering together for a MAJOR gabfest?  What a hoot!  Who knows..........maybe some day we can do that!
