Look... I eat quantities that make others shake their head (up to 3.5 oz dense protein in lieu of being able to use most shakes I do food) if I take my time and I couldn't do a double anything if I tried.
Example:
I was with my family and they stopped at a 5 guys. I opted for the Little Bacon Cheeseburger in lettuce. I unwrapped it, took half home (ok I ate the bacon there... who am I kidding)... Normally it is 630 cal with the bun for one of these or 370 cal bunless...
My stats for that meal being that I ate half (I halve it and add 10% when dining out and if it indicates 0 carb I add 2 always) were:
Calories: 203.5, Fat: 16.5g, Carbs: 2g, Sugar: 0g, Protein: 13.2g
Ideal? No. A special cir****tance? Yes. It fit my plan for the day, and filled in on a rough day (Left there and went to the hospital to be with my BFF when her dad was rushed in unexpectedly).
I guess my point is... I couldn't have eaten even a single beef patty, with cheese if I had forced myself... but of course ate the bacon.
How are you pulling off doubles? Or is this wishful thinking?
