OT My mom is having a stroke

My mom just told me she's having the symptoms of another stroke. She had one in 2011 when she was helping me with the kids. She didn't want to go to the hospital then, but I forced her. Please keep her in your prayers. I know this sounds selfish, but I'm too young to lose my Momma.

Thanks ladies. I'm a mess right now. I just THOUGHT I was having a bad day with the kids acting up. I called her to vent and she told me that her mouth was drooping and she was drooling. I told her to get her ass to the hospital and not play games anymore.

Is she the type to go now or put it off? I know I would have to phone an ambulance to my mother.

She always puts things off when it comes to her own health. During her first one, I called the ambulance and she fought with them and me about going. I ended up having my cousin, who works in healthcare, call her and tell her the severity of having a stroke before she agreed to go. This time around, I told her not to play around with it. She didn't pay attention to the signs until I reminded her that it was the same things at the start of the last one. She's stubborn.

I know the type.

The faster she gets to the hospital the better the outcome will be. Keeping her in my prayers.
