Bye Bye Pants
At about 6 weeks post op, I had to buy new pants for work. I only got 2 pairs since I knew I would eventually not need them anymore. Well, this weekend, I had to put them on the "get rid of" pile. They are now too big. For some reason, when I got rid of my size 22W, it didn't hit me as much getting rid of my size 18W. Maybe its because I had a slight scale stall last week, but this one seems more significant.
Anyone else experienced this?

I have gone down from 20W to size 12 and sometimes 10 now in pants. Like you, I do find that clothes will still fit looser even in a stall, proving that you are losing inches even when the scale does not reflect pounds lost. Good for you! I know it feels great to be in a smaller size. I frequent the consignment stores right now.
Congratulations on losing all those sizes and inches!! Yeah I've heard this a lot. The science is muscle weighs more than fat. So when you stall you are gain muscle but losing fat therefore making you lose inches but not pounds.
I actually have been hoping for a stall because my waist needs to catch up. I still haven't gone down a full size. If I don't start losing some inches around the waist soon I'm gonna look like the man on "Despicable Me" (the cartoon with the large waist and skinny arms and legs) LOL!! :-)
