How do you measure salad?

First, let me note that I am getting 90-100g of protein in everyday. I'm eating salads for my vitamin K as my evening meals and it seems to be helping. The only small problem is that my portions are either WAY too big or WAY too small. Where is the freaking happy medium here???

I eat a lot of salad with my protein. I try to eat all the meat out first but do get a few bits of lettuce/spinach at times. I put a handful in a measuring cup. I fill 1 cup all the way but don't press it down. I put the 1 cup on my plate but only end up eating 1/4 of it. I wasn't given guidelines on this. It just works for me.

I pretty much do the same thing a J does.  My norm is a spinach salad with a small amount of spinach, then either grilled chicken or shrimp along with some sliced olives and small sliced mushroom and then maybe a grape tomato sliced.  I use Boathouse Yogurt blue cheese dressing which is pretty low in both calories and carbs.  I eat this pretty much on a daily basis for either lunch or dinner.  I make sure to always eat all my meat but most days can't finish the rest of the salad...  I don't feel bad dumping out what i can't finish, I actually feel like I'm making a good choice to not continue eating when I really don't want another bite.
