How old is too old?

I had it at 62 with no problems. I'm encouraging my 72 yr old sister to have it. Best thing I ever did! Go for it!!!

I had VSG 2 days after my 66 birthday. I am 4 months post op and down 57 lbs. I had hoped to get off of insulin but not all the way yet. I am down 130 units a day, so a great improvement. If you have any questions please ask, would be glad to answer any doubts you may have. In my case it is slower weight loss but due to pain I have not exercised yet.
