If you are sore, then don't do them again, you could hurt yourself. If you are not sore, then you need to step up your game. The idea isn't to count your workouts but to make your workouts count. If you are not sore the next day from working out then you are not maximizing your potential and probably not increasing strength by much. You might well be toning and burning fat so its not a waste so it does depend on what your goals are. If your goal is just burning fat and not increasing strength then technically you could do it every day.
