Tummy tuck

So after losing all but 30 lbs.  I decided to see a plastic surgeon about a tummy tuck,  I feel defeated now as he said I wasn't a candidate due to my gallbladder surgery...I have a long incision and was told that tissue would die if the procedure was done.  He said he could remove the loose skin but it wouldn't do what tightening the muscles etc.  Has anyone else do the mini tummy tuck?  I am not liking the skin and fatty tumor...ugh

I think I'd get a second or third opinion, maybe he can't but maybe a different surgeon could. I can't imagine you are the only person with these scars.

I would find another surgeon. Dr. Ennis of Destin plastics surgery (Florida) just did a full tummy tuck with scar revision on me and I am very pleased with the initial results.
