Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Monday!!!
There is a great part of Tim Ferriss' book The 4 Hour Chef where he talks about accountability. He says if you really want to hold yourself to something, give yourself a consequence. Something that hurts a little bit. There is a site he references that sort of does this for you, but I don't recall what it is. So how about if you don't do 30 mins of exercise tonight you donate $20 to fight childhood diabetes. Keep your promise to yourself.
Do you make your own Korean BBQ Beef or do you get it somewhere? if you make it do you have a recipe?
Donating some $$ would hurt Keith, dang!!! LOL, but definitely a great cause. My cousin Hope has a daughter with Autism. She just did a walk recently so I could donate to that or of course donating to Down Syndrome would be great because my 2 1/2 year old nephew Liam has DS. I love that kid to pieces! Oh, did I mention he's my Godson?? I'm so damn proud of that patootie. Check him out!
Um, maybe I shouldn't eat the Korean BBQ Beef because it's leftovers from a restaurant which means its full of hidden calories with how they cooked it I'm sure. I'll check MFP to see if I should add it to my plan tonight otherwise I will cook the chicken breast with onions & peppers that I have waiting in the fridge!!

WWBD?
The Korean BBQ Beef is from a restaurant Christa so now I'm trying to reconsider my dinner choice for tonight...
Ok.. here are the stats I found on MFP. Now, this seems to be the average for a 3 ounce serving. Maybe not as bad as I thought?
Cals: 181
Fat: 9g
Carbs: 1g
Protein: 18.5g
Anyone want to chime in on their thoughts?
