I try to keep an eye on it. The other stats aren't bad, but the sodium can account for water retention and bloating.

If you are hitting your water goal you do not need to worry about sodium. We don't get enough of it from the rest of our diet to worry plus you are constantly flushing with the water. I wouldn't sweat it unless you have High Blood Pressure and/or Hypertension.

I guess it is an individual thing. There are so many hidden sources of sodium I.e. processed foods and restaurant meals, so I keep an eye on it. A holdover from my high blood pressure days. When people report an uptick in weight, it is usually after eating out  and/ or eating processed food. Even half of an average restaurant meal can contain half of one's daily allowance for sodium, if not more. Eating clean non processed clean food is vital for weight loss.

B:  WW string cheese, 1oz beef jerky, 1 wedge spreadable cheese

L:  1 cup pork stirfy

S:  Protein drink w/crystal light

D:  Steak or chicken w/asparagus

I am not a big beef jerky eater because it is usually very tough to chew.  We just butchered a cow and our meat processor has been selling beef jerky that they make and it was good and tender.  I had 10lbs made up and it is good!  This morning I spread the cheese on it and ate it, yum, yum and very filling.  Now if I can just keep my family from eating all of it.  kiss
